DR. LEMOINE AGAIN AT HIS OLD QUARTERS—We have read a good deal from the pen of our friend Dr. Lemoine, in the South Carolina papers as well as many journals of our own State.  His original style of writing—the boldness of his fierce attacks on the enemies of the Confederacy, without even looking behind, an octogenary soldier as he is, with the dash of a young man, has attracted general attention.  But his Flag of Truce will be indeed a rich and useful production.  To our knowledge, there is no man more humble among men, and more rash with his pen, than Dr. L.  In his Flag of Truce the reader will find Dr. Lemoine’s treatment to cure natural smallpox, with many valuable remarks, and his treatment to prevent or cure putrid sore throat or diphtheria, as well as his infallible prescription for curing diarrhoea with a variety of interesting matter.  The Flag of Truce is a flying sheet; it will be printed at the Patriot office in a few days and distributed at his room, No. 5 Brittain House.  Every person should have a copy to send to their friends and relations in the camps.  Dr. Lemoine requests us to say he has letters of recommendation to Hon. J. A. Gilmer, Hon. J. R. McLean, Ralph Gorrell Esq., Capt. J. Sloan, Dr. Weir, etc., but owing to the hasty preparation of the Flag of Truce, he has not been enabled to call upon these gentlemen.  In the meantime, the Doctor is ready to attend any call from the sick.
